Art of Spices is the pioneer of Indian delicacies in Salalah that goes beyond the regular Idli, Dosa, Uttapam. The restaurant is the first of its kind to introduce Royal India to the cuisines of the country that includes recipes from Kerala, Malabar coast , Andra etc. Since the coastal regions have more access to fresh seafood  like fish, crab  and prawns, the coastal palette is very different from the typical South Indian food that we get in India. Due to the diversity of the  different cultures in India, the menus differ from region to region- the Anglo
Indians have a different cooking style than the South Indian muslims, in all a diverse culinary style and cuisine. 

Apart from the South Indian delicacies, Art of Spices also offers an extensive North Indian Menu. From delectable kebabs to chicken preparations to Hyderabadi Biryani, the North Indian menu is as good as the South Indian menu.
